All our packaging is 100% recycled.
All items will be sent recorded delivery and postage will be paid by the nature of jewellery.

 

Returns Policy

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to either replace the product or offer a refund for the price you paid for the item. We also offer a refund on any piece if you aren't completely happy with it only if it is in its original condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within 7days of receiving item, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

To return an item, simply enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item. Please send the package to the address on the Contact us page.
